At-risk group & free Vitamin D supply

Over winter, millions of vulnerable individuals in England will be offered a free supply of Vitamin D by the Government. Go to for more information. Please do not contact your GP for this as it is not managed by GP Practices and we cannot issue Vitamin D supplies for this programme. 

Alcohol Advice: Drinkaware

Crawley Council are paying for patients to receive free counselling advice to reduce their alcohol intake if it is a problem. Please go to: for more information.

COVID19 Vaccination Programme

The GP in Crawley and surrounding areas are going to be working together to organise the mass vaccination programme for our local area. Saxonbrook in Maidenbower has been approved as our local base. Please DO NOT contact your Practice about vaccinations or recruitment as we will contact you depending on your "risk tier" and are not managing the recruitment/applications.

Face Covering exemptions in shops**

Please be advised we are unable to provide an exemption letter or card for patients not wishing to wear a face covering in public. It is sufficient for an individual to self-declare this. Go to for more information.

NEW Doorbell system

We are operating a new doorbell system at the front foor for patients attending the surgery, please speak clearly into the monitor when arriving and a receptionist will answer.

Crawley Wellbeing Support during COVID19

Crawley wellbeing are offering telephone and online support to residents and local businesses. They can support you with: 1-2-1 online appointments, nutrition, weight management, alcohol, exercise, smoking cessation, low mood, sleep and general wellbeing. Contact them on 01293 585317 or email


We have had a hugely successful run of flu clinics at the Practice and we appreciate our patients understanding of the changes to this years flu seasons appointment process. We still have available vaccinations for OVER 65'S. This is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please only call the Surgery if you have an invitation text, call, email or letter from us. Please go to for an update. We apologise that we unfortunately have no under 65 vaccinations left, any one who is aged 16-65 and would like a flu vaccine can have this done at their local Pharmacy. 

Dementia Connect Support Line

This service connects those affected by dementia with free support and advice available by telephone and online. From practical advice about living with dementia, to someone to talk to when things get tough. Call 0333 150 3456 (Mon-Wed 9am-8pm, Thurs-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat-Sun 10am-4pm).

Repeat Prescriptions are Changing

The way repeat prescriptions are carried out has changed. We now only accept prescription requests from you or your carer. Pharmacies will no longer be able to do this for you.

What do you need to do?

1. Order online through our website (after registration)

2. Visit the practice and order in person

3. Post your repeat prescription request to us.

Tilgate Parkrun

The Tilgate parkrun takes place every Saturday at 9am. It's a 5km run and free to join - all you have to do is register with parkrun before your first run. Everyone runs for their own enjoyment so parkrun is open to all, whatever your pace! For more information click here.
