Clinics We Offer
We operate various clinics at our surgery. These speciality clinics allow us to offer the best possible service and care to you and your family.
Antenatal Clinic
These are held on Tuesdays 08:40-12.00, and Fridays 09:00-12:30.
Asthma Clinic
Run by our nursing team by appointment only.
If you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your asthma symptoms, please complete our Asthma Review triage.
Blood Tests
If the GP has recommended you have a blood test the surgery offers appointments Monday-Friday between 08:30 and 12:10. You can speak to a member of the reception team to book these.
Cervical Smears
A reminder to book an appointment with the practice nurse is sent by the NHS to you. If you wish to opt out of the NHS screening programme, please visit www.gov.uk/opting-out-of-the-nhs-population-screening-programmes.
If your next test is to be postponed, please complete our Cervical Smear Deferral form.
Diabetic Clinic
Run by our nursing team by appointment only.
If you have been advised by the practice to complete a diabetes review, please complete our Diabetes Review form.
Family Planning Clinic
This is held on a Thursday between 16:00-17:30. Full contraceptive care and advice is provided by our nursing team and emergency contraception via the triage team.
If you have been advised by the surgery to submit a contraceptive pill review, please complete our Contraceptive Pill Review form.
Smoking Cessation
Our trained nurses and healthcare assistants are available by appointment to assist you in breaking the habit.
If you have been advised by the surgery to submit smoking reviews on a regular basis, please complete our Smoking Review form.
Child Immunisations Clinic
This is held on a Wednesday between 08:40 and 12:40.
Travel Health
If you are travelling abroad, please make sure you complete our Travel Risk Assessment form in plenty of time to arrange any vaccinations that may be necessary.
